The Company provides a suite of financial wellness services aimed at alleviating the levels of anxiety caused to employees as a direct result of managing their personal financial affairs. These services are predominantly delivered through an online technology platform which has been designed and built specifically for this purpose. The range of services available to employees include the following:
• Online Financial Fitness Test (a series of intuitive questions are answered online by the User which generates a score of 1-100 providing a snapshot indicator of the level of financial stress they may be under)
• Financial Wellness webinars (covering a wide range of topics including issues such as debt management, getting “mortgage ready”, retirement planning, hints and tips for saving for mid/long term goals, understanding the differences between loans / credit cards etc).
• Virtual Advisor (allowing the User to book a 1:1 virtual meeting with a qualified Financial Advisor and/or their nominated Linked Wellness Account Manager to discuss personal areas of financial planning/ financial wellness).
• Earned Wage Access (an automated system provided by Revolut Ireland Ltd which allows employees access a proportion of the salary they have already earned part way through a wage cycle to cover unexpected expenses that cause financial hardship).
• Company Pension Scheme Hub (allowing all members of a Company Scheme to access information on their personal policy in real time)
• Mortgage Hub (allows a User to calculate what mortgage they may be able to apply for considering the salary multipliers appropriate to their application and the amount of savings they have accumulated. An online document checklist then allows them to post and scan their application to our qualified Mortgage Advisors for process).
• Directory of Professional Advisors (ranging from Solicitors, Accountants, PIPs and Tax & Audit all Users will be entitled to access one free consultation with any partner selected on the platform).
• Animated video clips (1–2-minute videos intended to provide short, simple messaging around the key areas of financial wellness, some of which are outlined above).
• Online calculators/tools (enabling Users to understand how much money they may need to save over a defined period of time to pay for large cost lifestyle items e.g. college education for their children, a retirement holiday home, a new car etc)
Linked Wellness intends to provide its services to Corporate HR Departments in all sectors of business across the entire island of Ireland and the remaining parts of the UK during this Business Plan. Other markets will actively be sought outside of these regions if opportunities arise.
The Company intends to set itself apart from any domestic competition by embracing new technology to deliver services to its clients in a cost effective and customer focused method. Research has shown that financial wellness services are most likely to be accessed by employees through their smartphones and laptops. Our newly designed Platform embraces this development as well as allowing for services to be delivered through the more traditional relationship management methodologies such as face to face clinics and group presentations on an employer’s premises.
