My career began in our family business of yacht-building and construction. This experience cultivated the strong work ethic and the honest, straight-talking approach I’m known for. Additionally, I have worked with organisations of all sizes extending their success by assisting them with strategic planning, marketing strategy development, communications, and change management.
I am creative in a non-artistic way in that I can often see things that others can’t, particularly when it comes to doing things differently. I have an innate capacity for finding solutions to problems and have been described as having the Midas touch when it comes to increasing sales and margin.
When I was a little girl, I always wanted to be a bounty hunter – not the catching criminal sort but the beautiful girl on the beach seeking out coconut chocolate bars sort – well that didn’t work out but I still like to sail yachts and ride horses, so a bit of that young bounty hunter is still in there somewhere!
