With over 20 years of experience in entrepreneurship, digital marketing and business transformation, Martin's strategies have helped hundreds of businesses strengthen relationships with their customers online. He is a member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing (MCIM) and the Association of Business Mentors (ABM), holds an EMCC (EIA) in professional coaching practice, and has an MSc in Digital Media Communications.
