Michael assisted in developing a plastering and dry-lining company to become one of the largest in East Anglia. Michael created the CMC brand (Construction Made Clear) in Spain, Managing Spanish builders constructing villas and flats for ex-pats, supplying weekly reports and photos through our preferred construction management software to the client.
Michael brought CMC (Construction Made Clear) brand to England, managing the planning, design, and pre-construction and construction stages using construction management software. As a result, I gained a merit award from the Bury St Edmunds Society for the best improvement to the town's gateway in Bury St Edmunds. And I managed a 650m2 new eco-home near the centre of Bury St Edmunds and won the RIBA Suffolk Design award.
Joining BGCN (Business Growth Coaches Network), Michael's mission is to coach and mentor Small to Medium construction companies to use cost-effective construction management software ideal for SMEs. Coaching, mentoring and communication are on Michaels's construction management software. However, it is not all about the software. Some clients do not like to change, and I have found that SMEs need to discuss issues, resolve them, and move the company forward.
